LEADERSHIP

ANCHOR INDUSTRIAL LEADERSHIP

Service, Stewardship, and Obligation

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, and opening in 2013 to support the construction efforts of our sister company Trident Structures,  Anchor Industrial and later Anchor Technical Services has had one overriding goal: to honor God above all in regard to how we treat our people, our customers, and even our competition.

The reputation and continued success of the Anchor Industrial depends upon the care and promptness with which our business is conducted. The leadership of Anchor Industrial have high expectations for our employees and our subcontractors, as our employees and subcontractor should for our management team. Only then will Anchor will continue to fulfill it's mission.

J. Clay Trantham

Founder / Chief Executive

Junction Industries

Driven by a desire to build a family of companies that honored God, Clay Trantham has always surrounded himself with people who are hungry, humble, and smart. After the crucible of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and service to his country as a decorated Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, Clay began a successful career in structural steel construction and equipment manufacturing starting with Prospect Steel of Little Rock as Executive Vice President, then President positions at the Steel Division of 413 Holdings of Fort Worth, and later Hirschfeld Industries of Irving and San Angelo, Texas.

That decade of success afforded opportunity to found Junction Industries and it's first subsidiary: Trident Structures with his wife and high school sweetheart.

In addition to their five children, Clay has an extended family that includes all the employees at Junction Industries and its subsidiary companies. Above all, he acknowledges his responsibility of stewardship is to lead and grow a business that is morally-upright, technically-proficient, and financially-profitable.
